intention to commence construction of the Thorndyke Road by clearing and
grubbing as much of the right of way as can be accomplished ldth the funds
available.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose

in accordance with the Standard Road and Bridge Specifications of the
State of Washington as adopted by this Board.
