RESOLUTION NO. c:-561
A RESOLUTION of the Board of County Commissioners for Jefferson County,
Washington, distributing and allocating Federal Forest
Reserve monies received by Jefferson County in the calendar
year 1963.
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Treasurer is in receipt of the
sum of $399,011.56 from the State Auditor of the State of Washington,
representing this county's distributive share of Federal Forest Reserve
revenues apportioned by the U. S. Department of Agriculture during the
calendar year 1962, and pursuant to the statute of the State of Washington
in such cases made and provided, it is now the duty of this Board of County
Commissioners to make proper disposition thereof, and,
WHEREAS, this Board of County Commissioners has given careful consideration
to the needs of the county road system, and to the needs of the several school
districts of Jefferson County and their necessary administrative requirements,
now, therefore,
BE rr RESOLVED, and this Board of County Commissioners does hereby order,
allocate, distribute and apportion said sum of $399,011.56 as follows:
(a) to the COUNTY ROAD FUND for the maintenance and construction of
county roads during the year 1964, the sum of $199,505.78;
(b) ~o the COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICTS the sum of $199,505.78 to be
di stri buted as follows:
'. To Sehool District No. 20 (Queets-Clearwater) the sum of $5,000.00

fO-rlMsbursement in sueh manner as the Directors of that school may direct;

To Sehool District No. 46 (Brinnon) the sum of $5,000.00 for disburse-
ment in sueh manner as the Direetors 0 f that school may direet;
To School District No. 48 (Quilcene) the sum of $1,000.00 for disburse-
ment in such manner as the Direetors of that school may direct;
To School Districts of the County, the sum of $188,505.78 to be appor-
tioned according to attendance in said Diatriets by the County Superintendent
of Schools according to law, as follows: School District No. 20 (Queets-
Clearwater) the sum of $.3,756.17; School Distriet No. 46 (Brinnon) the sum
of $3,827.98; School District No. 48 (Quileene), the sum of $21,191.29;
School District No. 49 (Chimacum) the sum of $39,058.20; School District
No. 50 (Port Townsend), the sum of $116,534.90; and School District No. 402
(Quillayute) the sum of $4,137.24.
ADOPTED this 11th day of October, 196.3.
