RESOLUTION NO. 0-562
WHEREAS, a peti tion has been transmitted by the County
Auditor to the Board of County Commdssioners of Jefferson County,
Washington, for the fonnation of a water di strict wi. thin the
hereinafter described boundaries, and the County Auditor has
transmitted a certificate of sufficiency of the pe~ns signing
said petition that they are qualified, registered electors
residing wi thin the boundaries of said area, and
WHEREAS, it appears in the petition that such will be
conducive to the public health, convenience and welfare, and
will be of benefi t to the property included in such district.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that a public hearing shall
be held at the Commissioners' Room, in the Courthouse, Port
Townsend, Washington, on the 4th day of November, 1963 at 10:00
o'clock A. M., regarding the fonnation of a water district with the
following described boundaries:
Blocks A,B,C,D,E,~iG, H,I,J,K, of
Paradise View Estates, and Blocks 1,2,3,4,
5,6,7,S,9,10,11,12,13 and 14 of the
Plat of Paradise Bay Estates, according
to the records of Jefferson County, Washington.
