WRF.R~A~, a public bearing was had 011 the 4th day of
NOvember, 1963, purSuallt to notice givell by publicatioll regard-
illg the foraatioll of a water district, and the CO..issiollers
havillg fOUDd that said water district would be cOlldusive to the
public bealth, welfare aDd cOllvenience and uf~ecial benefit to
the land included within said boundaries, and there being no
objection to the formation of said district,
lOW, THEREFORE, b~it resolved that a special election
shall be had on the 1.3 - day of j) tiC &/J1J3C?e, 1963, at which
time all qualified voters residing within the boundaries of sa1d
district ahall cast their ballots for the election of three
cOllmissioners and as to whether or not said district shall be
foraed. rh
