RESOLUTION NO. - .s ~ fe
Pursuant to the provisions of RCW 84.64.320,
BE IT RESOLVED that the tax foreclosed property described
on the attached sheet, marked Exhibit lIAlt and made a part hereof,
be and the same is hereby ordered struck off and disposed of to
the Port of Port Townsend, a Municipal corporation, and the County
Treasurer be and he is hereby authorized and empowered, upon receipt
by him of the amount of unpaid taxes and interest for which said
property was foreclosed, to make, execute and deliver to said Port
of Port Townsend, hi. Deed to said property, and the whole thereof.
Adopted this 7{dday of November, 1963.
