RESOLUTION NO.
This matter coming on to be heard this day upon the Engineerts
Report vrLth respect to the vacation and abandonment of
That portion of the existing county road ImOim as the HOld

right of way therefor, being a strip of land thirty (30) feet
in width and approximately 0.95 of a mile in length, which
lies v1ithin the Nw;i of the NEi, the South ~ of the NEi and
the NEi of the SE~ of Section ll, the SWi- of the l-.1W~ and the
NWi of the SW~ of Section 12, all in TOimship 26 North, Range
2 West" W.N.,
and it appearing to the Board of County' Commissioners that notice upon
said Engineer1s Report has been posted and published for the time and in
the manner provided by law" proof of such posting and publication being
now on file herein, and said Board having proceeded to consider the report
of the Enc;ineer, together 1-lith the other evidence adduced, and being ful1y
advised in the premises, does now find and determine
(1) That that portion of' the herein described is not useful as a part
of the county road systemj
(2) That the public will be benefitted by the vacation thereof" there-
fore,

Arld it is HEREBY ORDERED that
