BE rr .RESOL~D, ~hat Jefferson County acquire in fee, under the provision
of R. C. W. 84.64.320, the following ta:c title acquired real estate being more
particularly described as:
The southeast one-quarter of the northeast one-quarter
(SEt NEi-) of' section e1e:ven (11), township 29 north"
range 1 west" W.M.
for the purpose of enlarging and improving the Hadlock gravel pit No. Y-50
for the use of the Jefferson Co'llIIty Highway Department. The County Treasurer
has heretofore determined that the sum of $171.28 is the amount th:lt would have
permitted sale and issuance of deed at time of foreclosure.
The Comity Auditor is hereby authorized to drati' her warrant on the Cou.nty
Road Fund, payable to the County Treasurer" in said sum of $171.28, and the
County Treasurer is authorized and directed to execute his deed upon receipt, of
said sum.
