RESOLUTION No. C - 497
THIS l'-IATTER came on to be heard May 7th, 1962, upon
action declared by this Board of County Commissioners under
Resolution No. C - 496, adopted April 6th, 1962, proof having
been made that due notice has been by publication for the time
and in the manner provided by law, and no objlcction havir g been
made or filed for or against the expenditures contemplated in
the alleged emergency, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED that an emergency is hereby found
and declared to exist requiring the appropriation forthe
Current Expense Fund and expenditure during the calendar year 1962
of the following:
COUNTY MUSErIM and PRESERVATION CF HIS TORICAL MATERIAL
Capital Otitlay
Operation and Maintenance

and the County Auditor for Jefferson County be and she is hereby
authorized and empowered to issue emergency warrants upon said
Current Expense Fund, upon the presentation of properly approved
vouchers, in amounts not exceeding the foregoing, and it is
further

COUNTY OF JEFFERSON ss.
THOMAS W. CAMFIELD, being sworn, says he
is the Publisher of the Port Townsend Leader, a
weekly newspaper which has been established
published in the English language and circulated
continuously as a weekly newspaper in the town
of Port Townsend, in said County and State, and
of general circulation in said county for more
than six (6) months prior to the date of the first
publication of the Notice hereto attached, and that
the said Port Townsend Leader was on the 27th
day of June 1941 approved as a legal newspaper
by the Superior Court of said Jefferson County,
and that the annexed is a true copy of the

as it appeared in the regular and entire issue of
said paper itself and not in a supplement thereof
