RESOLUTION No. C - 500
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Jefferson County that any action heretfore adopted or
resolution promulgated with respect to the use of the following
described real estate, to-wit:
Government Lot 4, section 6, township
30 north, range 1 west W.M., Jefferso
County,
as a place for the disposal of refuse, rubbish or garbage
by the City of Port Townsend, or others, be and the same is
hereby cancelled, annulled, set aside and held for naught,
