RESOLUTION No. ~ -S-j.!:J-
This matter having oome on before the Board
of County Commissioners for Jefferson County, Washing-
ton, upon the petition of CROWN ZELLERBACH CORPORATION,
a Nevada corporation, for an oraer vacating the plat,
as hereinafter described, and it appearing that proper
notice of a hearing held on said petition was given by
the Auditor of Jefferson County, Washington, and that
there are sufficient grounds for the V'acation of the
said plat, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED and it is hereby ORDERED that
the plat of
J.G. CLINGERS Addition to the City of
Port Townsend, Jefferson county, W.T.,
~s the same is recorded in volume 1 of
Plats at page 27, records of said
county, and all'of the lots, blocks,
streets, alleys, ways, commons, and any
and all parts thereof,
be and is hereby VACATED, and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy
hereof be filed in the offi~e'of the County Assessor and
County Treasurer of Jefferson county, Washington.
ADOPTED this 1st day of October, 1962.
