ORDER
This matter coming on regularly before the Board of County
Commissioners for Jefferson County, Washington, at a reg9lar meeting
of said Board held on October 1, 1962, and a time of hearing of a
petition filed with said Board having been set for 10:30 A.M. of said
date and at said meeting, notice of said hearing having been posted in
three public places as required by law, said notice stating that a
hearing would be had to consider vacating the portion of county stree
hereinafter described, a certificate of posting having been filed herein,
and no objections being made or entered at the time and place of said
hearing, it is
ORDERED THAT the petition of Maurice R. Bradley"LaVerne Bradley,
Alfred W. Michelson and Ploy Ann Michelson, be and it is hereby granted,
and the Jefferson County Board of County Commissioners do here and hereby
VACATE that portion of County Road or street described as follows:
That portion of "All Street lying between the
southerly boundary of the County Road and the
Northerly boundary of Third Street, all lying
and being in the Plat of South Port Townsend,
per plat recorded with the County Auditor of
Jefferson County, .State of Washington.
