Resolution providing for increase in planned total expenditure for capital improvement
projects.
Whe:.reas" under the terms of Public Law 87-658" approved Septe1liber lh" 1962. the United
Stat~s of A.TIlerica. has authorized the mald.ng of grants to aid in financing construction
of specific public 'Works projects I provided the proposed or planned total expenditure
of the public body for its capital improvement projects is increased by an amount
approrlntately equal to the non-Fedel"a1. funds required to canplete such public 'Works
projects I
Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved By The Board of County COJ:mnissioners
1. That as of the date of filing of an application by Jefferson County, State of Wash.
(hereafter called Applicant) with the Housing and Heme Finance Agency, United States
Government. for a grant to aid in financing the construction of Snovr Creek BriQ'C;e ~n
'\.Je8t Uncas R~_. the Applicant had a capital improvements plan or capital improvement
budget for the fiscal year or :>rears during which construction of the proposed pro-
ject is expected to occur; and that the total expenditure for capital improvements

2. That, in the event that said Federal grEpll; is approved by the United States of
America, said capital improvements plan or capital budget will be (is hereby)
