I visited the site on December 21, 2005. I found that there was a channel flowing east to west more or less down the property line between the above parcel and the parcel to the south, 821151012, owned by Cuykendall. The channel was flowing water at the time of my visit. Although this channel has obviously been placed in this location because of past development, it would be considered a natural drainage due to it's origin. Since water was flowing at the time of my visit, It has to be considered a Type 4 stream. If the landowners have evidence that the flow dries up in the summer we may be able to call it a Type 5 stream. If you have any questions regarding my site visit please feel free to give me a call. Sincerely, Ross Goodwin Forest Practice Forester Olympic Region Straits Unit (360) 732-7175 Office (360) 460-0900 Cell (360) 374-6131 Region Office 1
