RE: Stormwater permit for parcel 601 ~ 183-007 (lot 7Pulali Point)
Dear Mr. Appleton:
Thank you for your conceptual site plan received June 15,2005 for the above referenced
parcel. Based upon the proposal that entails a residential gravel driveway (exempt under
Section 6.6(5)(b)(2) of the UDC), less than 7,000 sq ft ofland disturbing for the building
area, and the removal of trees less than 10 inch in diameter on a 13,000 sq ft area with all
the understory to remain predominantly undisturbed I have determined that this will not
require a stormwater permit from Jefferson County at the present time. We will require a
stormwater review when a building permit is required.
You should contact Shelly Ament with the W A State Department of Fish & Wildlife
regarding eagle management prior to the removal of any trees. In addition, you are
responsible to comply with the requirements of the Pulali Point Large Lot Subdivision.
From our conversations I know you are aware of these requirements.
If you have any questions please give me a call at (360) 379-4492.
Sincerely,
Greg lard
