Dear Mo-Chi.
At your request I visited Jefferson County parcel 801213015 associated with MLA05-
00553 to verify the existence ofa stream.
I visited the site on October 19.2005. I found that there appears to be no stream as
shown and no apparent streams on the property. In fact the only culvert that is along the
parcel frontage drains ditch water from Dabob Road.
I noticed that this application was for a single family residence. If trees will be removed
as part of this activity a Forest Practice Application may be required by the Department
of Natural Resources. The landowner can contact me with any questions.
