cliffs exist adjacent to the Duckabush Rivtr. i
Several ravines and remnants of old 10e:Jg roads e on the property. One main road is clear ot
trees and provides access to the well CPhJo #1). . the initial site visit on February 12, no I

It should be noted that the original homesite locatio I as shown on the Wastewater System Plan y
John Scott Fleming Engineering, Inc. (8/1 VIO 1) is . erent from the site location on the map on
the Pre-Application Conference form (12/13/01). rding to Robert Thomas (conversation,
2/19/02) the homesite will be constructed On the ori' location in the existing cleared area.
This location falls outside of aU buffer restrictions . ce ravines will not need to be crossed.
The area below the access road, where.tht water tes fromstormwaterrunoft: should
also receive full protection since it provid~ a area before the water fUJl$ into ~e
Duckabush River. Due to the high wildlife usage 0 this site"it is highly rec:(ommended that all
native vegetation be maintained on the slopes belo the access road. This will allow for ample
buffer protection of the sensitive areas and steep sIo es that flank the Duckabush River.
Final authority over site regulations rests with Jeffi son County Department of Community
Development, Critical Areas staff.
