RESOLUTION No. CJ -- <fS- cf
WHEREAS, it appears that thru clerical omission no
definite amount was set aside in the budget for the County
Road Fund for t he purpose of flood control, but rather
was included in the item l'USCELLANEOUS, and
WHEREAS, in order to insure correct accounting
and for other purposes it is resolved and the County Road budget
for t he year 1961 is amended to read as follows:
From the item (15) Miscellaneous - $26,101.02,
strike an amount of $5,000.00, and creabrthe following
(I') FLOOD CONTROL - $5,000.00.
