TRANSFER RESOLUTION AND REQUEST FOR THE DIRECTOR OF HIGHWAYS
TO PERFORM CERTAIN WORK

It is HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners that the Director of

cipated to accrue to ~--- County in the Motor. Vehicle Fund during the

Authorization is hereby granted for the withholding from the allocation of fuel
tax revenues to . 14Ifr"m County, from the Motor Vehicle Fund, an amount not in
excess of the above spec J.ed sum, for the use of the Director of Highways to defray
the costs incurred in the performance of the aforesaid requested work, and upon comple-
tion of the aforesaid work, a statement having been furnished aft'M-iII_ County of
the cost of all labor, equipment, material, supplies, and engineering, authorization is
made to effect reimbursement to the Departnent of Highways in the amount of such cost
from the funds withheld, however, not to exceed the above specified sum with any unex-
pended balance to be released to ~- County and to be included in the next
succeeding warrant covering fuel tax anotments, all in accordance with ROW 41.08.080.
