RESOLUTION NO. (!!, -1 & 7
The Treasurer of Jefferson County having notified this
Board of County Commissioners that all Jefferson County
General Obligation Funding Bonds issued April 1, 1951, to-
gether with interest thereon, have been paid and redeemed,
and that there presently exists in the control fund set up
for the purpose, a surplus of cash, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that the Treasurer's fund known as COUNTY
GENERAL OBLIGATION BOND FUND be and the same is hereby abol-
ished, and that the Treasurer of Jefferson County be, and he
is hereby authorized and empowered to forthwith transfer the
cash balance in said fund to the COUNTY CURRENT EXPENSE FUND
and that hereafter, all accumulations of tax monies properly
belonging to the COUNTY GENERAL OBLIGATION BOND FUND,t~g."lulJ
