IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED m THE BOARD OF COUNTY CQ1MISSIONERS that it is
their intention to improve by raising the grade of l200 feet of the
Upper Hoh Road preparatory to the placing of ~ap for tlood control
by the U.S. Amy Corps of Engineers
Resolution to improve by grading
and surfacing
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose
there is hereby appropriated sums in the following detail:

The county road purpose herein described is HEREBY DECLARED to be a public
necessity and the Count.y Road Engineer is HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED
TO report and proceed thereon as by law provided.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this purpose be performed by day labor
in accordance with the Standard Road and Bridge Specifications of the
State of Washington as adopted by this Board.
