It appearing to the Board of County Commissioners that
one Noah Johnston of Quilcene, Washington, VENDEE under that
certain contract dated May 13, 1960, and numbered 783 in the
files of the County Treasurer, has failed to meet the install-
ment due on said contract November 1, 1960, and subsequent
installments, and has indicated in writing his desire to
abandon and relinquish his rights thereunder, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that said County Contract No. 783 as

aforesaid, be and the same is hereby forfeited and cancelled,
and the County Treasurer be and he is authorized to annul,
forfeit, cancel and set aside said contrac~ and all the rights
of the vendee thereunder be and are hereby cancelled.
ADOPTED this 5th day of September, 1961.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that under the terms of your
County Contract No. 7 t _5 to purchase tax-title property
from Jefferson County a payment of one-tenth (1/10) of the balance
of the unpaid purchase price together with interest to November 1
of the current year on such "unpaid balance will be due and pay-
able at this office November 1.
Please note that under the terms of your contract it may be
forfeited and terminated in case payment is not made promptly
at the time and in. the ,manner required - no deviation from the
terms as outlined will be permitted.
It is necessary that original contract be presented when pay-
ment is made in order that notation thereon may be entered in
space provided.
Payment due is as follows:
