surfacing 0.75 miles of the East Quilcene Road
Resolution to improve by reconstructing

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose

The county road purpose herein descr~bed is HEREBY DECLARED to be a public
necessity and the Count-v Road Engineer is HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED
TO report and proceed thereon as by law provided.
BE IT FtJRTHER RESOLVED that this purpose be performed by day labor
in accordance with the Standard Road and Bridge Specifications of the
State of Washington as adopted by this Board.
