IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED 'BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY C01MISSIONERS that r( is
their intention to relocate and obtain necessary right of '\-ray for the
purpose of realigning and regrading the West Uncas Road
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose
there is hereby appropriated sums in the following detail:

The county road purpose herein descrfbed is HEREBY DECLARED to be a public
necessity and the County Road Engineer is HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED
TO report and proceed thereon as by law provided.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this purpose be performed by day labor
in accordance with the Standard Road and Bridge Specifications of the
State of Washington as adopted by this Board.
