IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED m THE BOARD OF COUNTY Ca.1MISSIONERS that i"'1s
their intention to construct by clearing, grubbing, grading, draining
and surfacing 0.5 miles of new road for access to proposed gravel
pit and sanitary landfill
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose
there is hereby appropriated sums in the following detail:

The county road purpose herein descr~~dis HEREBY DECLARED to be a public
necessity and the Countv Road Engineer is HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED
TO report and proceed thereon as by law provided.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this purpose be performed by day labor
in accordance with the Standard Road and B~idge Specifications of the
State of Washington as adopted by this Board.
