C 425 2 It appearing to the Board of County Commissioners that it is in the interest of Jefferson Count~ and all the people thereof,that the timber, standing and down, upon the following described real estate owned by the county in fee, to-wit: Blocks 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, less railroad right-of-way, Plat of Ros~ville Addition to Quilcene; That portion of Lot 1, section 7, township 27 north, range 1 West W.
