WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 72, adopted by the Board of
County Commissioners for Jefferson County, January 6, 1939,
the following described lands and premises, to-wit,

Lot 5, section 24, township 30 north, range 2 west,
6 VV. M.,
7 together with other lands and premises in said resolution
8 described, all being property tax title acquired, were set
9 aside for public use and enjoyment, and,
10 WHEREAS, due to changing conditions, it now appears
11 advisable to this Board of County Commissioners and in the
~ best interests of Jefferson County, and to all the people
13 thereof, that said Resolution No. 72, in part, be repealed,
14 Therefore, BE IT RESOLVED, and this Board of County
15 Commissioners does hereby ORDER AND DECLARE that that portion
H of said Resolution No. 72, insofar as it pertains to Lot 5,
17 section 24, township 30 north, range 2 west, be, and the same
18 is hereby repealed, set aside and held for naught.
