TRANSFER RESOIUTION AND REQUEST FOR THE DIRECTOR
OF HIGHWAYS TO 'PERFORM CERTAIN WORK
Before the Board of County Commissioners of Jsr'1, County, Washington

Dollars, being an amount not in excess of the amount of money now credited or
reasonably anticipated to accrue to $ County in the Motor
Vehicle Fund during the 1"9g961 biennium and
IT IS HEREBY FU J R RESOIVED9 that the State Auditor is authorized to reserve
to the credit of f "_ en County an amount not to exceed the
above specified sum for the use of the Director of Highways, and upon preseh
tation-of a statement of cost, which includes all labor,, equipment, material®
supplies and engineering, by the Director of Highways (a copy of which will be
sent to Jefam County at the completion of the job) to the
State Auditor, the State Auditor is directed and authorized to transfer the
above mentioned reserved credit from,ff qL County to the credit of
the Department of Highways in accordance with Chapter K, Session laws of 1943.
