C-453 A RESOLUTION of the Saara of County Commissioners for Jefferson County, Washington, distributing ana allocating Federal Forest Reserve monies received by Jefferson County in the calendar year 1960. WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Treasurer is in receipt of the sum of $732,581.23 froll the State Auditor or the State of Washington, representing this county's distributive share of Federal Forest aeserve revenues apportioned by the U. S. Department of Agriculture during the calendar year, 1960, and pursuant to the statute or the State of Washington in such eases made and provided, it is now the duty of this Board or County Commissioners to make proper d.isposition thereof, and, WHEREAS, this Board of County Commissioners has given car.rul consideration to the needs of the county road system, and to the ne.ds of the several school districts of Jefferson County and their necessary admini- strative requirements, now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED, and. this Board of County Commissioners does hereby order, allocate, distribute and apportion said sum of $732,581.2) as follows: (a) to the COUNTY ROAD FUD for the maintenance and conatruet- ion of county roads during the year 1961, the sum of .366,290.62; (b) to the COUNTY CURRENT EXPEISE FUND for the exclusive use of the Superintendent of Schoels during the year 1961, the sum of .',302.00 for the reason and upon the ground that the said County Superintendent of Schools is not a county constitutional officer and the duties and operation ef said office is one devoted entirely toward the benefit of the public schools, and said sum of $6,302.00 is a sum sufficient to exclusively operate the same in 1961; (e) To School District Ho. 20 (Queets-Clearwater) the sum of $5,000.00, for disbursement in such manner as the Directors of that school may direct; (d) To School District Ho. 46 (Brinnon) the sum of $5,000.00 for disbursement in such manner as tne Directors of that school district may direct; (e) To School Districts sf the County, the sum of $349,"8.61, the same to be apportioned according to attendance in said Districts by the County Superintendent of Schools according to law, as follows: School District No. 20 (Queets-Clearwater) the sum of $7,999.68; School District No. 46 (2rinnon), the sum of $7,368.40; School District No. ~8 (Quilcene) the sum of $~O,496.55; School District Ho. 49 (Chim&cum) the sum of .'9,149.69 ..r .. . ,..,- ~ . School District No. 501 Port Townsend), the sum of 1216,500.94; and School District 10. 402 (Quillayute) the sum of Ig,473.35. ADOPTED this 19th day of December, 1960.
