RESOLUTION NO. ..c. J 91
BE rr RESOLVED that Jefferson County acquire, by deed, the following
tax title acquired real estate being more particular~ described as:
Lots 1 to 10, less Port Towsend Southern Railroad
right of way, and Lets 11 to 20 of Block 1 and all
ef blocks 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the Plat of Roseville
Addition to Quileene,
for the purpose of establishing and creating a gravel pit for Jefferson
County Highway Department. The County Treasurer has heretofore determined
that the sum of $147.70 is the amount that would have permitted sale and
issuance of deed at time of foreclosure.
The County Auditor is hereby authorized to draw pr warrant on the County
Road Fund, payable to the County Treasurer, in said sum of $141.10 and
the County Treasurer is avt':.horized and directed to execute his deed upon
receipt of said sum.
