BE IT RESOLVED THA T THE BOARD OF' COUNTY COMlJIISSIONERS, the duly
authorized governing body of JEFFEESON COUNTY, WASH INGIDN, having taken
the matter into full considerati on and h3.ving determined by the required
vote, as stetad in the minutes, does hereby designate DON C. DeFOREST,
the representative of the aforementioned institution. The sdid repres-
entative is hereby authorized to bind the institution to the particular
terms and conditi ons of transfer which are or may be imposed by the
execution of the Form HEVT 135 or the state agency \'larehouse is::::ue sheet.
The said representative is moreover empowered to delegate the authority
imposed u;')on him to such people as .he considers reasonably necessary to
accomplish these purposes. He is herewith instructed to confer upon
those people designated by him such au thon. ty as j.s ne cessary and to see
that they are properly identified by c3.rd or letter.
