RESOLUTION NO. C-404
l^THEREAS, by reason of an unprecedentedca11 upon public funds
for polio vaccine for the vacdI!ati on of children, and the Budget
for 1959 not having any funds for that purpose,
~'.rHEREAS, such expenditures are necessary for the preservation
of health in the County,
BE IT RESOLVED that an emergency is he reby found and declared
to exist rer;uiring the immediat e ,e.ppropriati on of $200Q 00 for polio
vaccine and the Auditor be and she is hereby authorized to issue
emergency 'ivC',rrant s u;.Jon the Current Expense Fund for sa.id amount.
IT ALSO APPE1\,RING, that the Budget under General AdministrAt:ion
for Jefferson County Historical Museum clerk hire was not eno1J.gh
for necessary clerical work, and the amount of $28.00 is hereby
found to be necessary for payment of services rendered in th8t
capacity, and the Auditor is het'eby also authorized to issue
emergency warrants u")on the Current Expense Fund for that amolmt.
ADOPTED at a regular meeting this 20th day of July, 1959.
