rr IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS that it is their
intention to improve ~39 mile of county road-no. 4 (Oak Bay Road - Mill Pond
Section) bp grading, cr~ning and surfacing.
BE rr FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the f~regoing proper county road purpose
there is hereby appropriated sums in the following detail:

The county road purpose herein described is HEREBY DECLARED to be a public
necessity and the County Road Engineer is BEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED TO
report and proceed thereon as by law provided.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this prpose be performed by day laber
in accordance with the standard Road and Bridge Specifications of the
State of Washington as adopted by this Board.
