SVlffr aEAS, Sec. 27, Chapter 21$, Laws of 1959 provides:
"In each county or consolidation of county superintendents' offices
there is hereby created a county superintendent's special service fund
into which such funds as are allocated by the superintendent of public
instruction under provisions of this act, and all such .Hinds as are not
specifically allocated by the county current expense fund, shall be
deposited, and such funds shall be expended by warrents drawn by the
county auditor aupon vouchers approved by the county superintendent and
the county board of education "; and
MiiF:AS the Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson County had
previously established an "educational Sic Special Service Fund" for such
state and school district funds, therefore
BE IT HESCLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson
County, State of Washington, that the Educational Special ;service Fund
be eliminated and a County Superintendent's Special Service Fund be
created in its place and in accordance with the provisions of Sec. 27,
,caws of 1959•
