intention to manufacture and stockpile crushed screenings
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the feregoing proper county road purpose

The county road purpose herein described is HEREBY DECLARED to be a public
necessity and the County Road Engineer is HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED TO
report and proceed thereon as by law provided.

in accordance with the Standard Road and Bridge Specifications of the
State of Washingt:,on as adopted by this Board.
