RESOLUTION NO. C-355
WHEREAS, it appear s to t he Board of County Commissione rs
for Jefferson County, that the amount budgeted for Capital Outlay
for a car for the Jefferson County Sheriff in the 1958 budget is
not sufficient, in accordance with present market conditions.
Bids were duly called and advertised, and the lowest and best
bid received was for the amount of .15~5.00 with the turn-in of the
1955 Chevrolet.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That there be, and hereby is appropriated
for immediate expenditure the sum of $345.00 to be added to the $1200.00
budgeted for Capital Outlay in the Jefferson County Sheriff's Budget
for 1958, as this car is immediately necessary.
The County Auditor is herewith empowered to draw a warrant on the
Current Expense Fund for the amount of $1545.00 tp pay for said car.
ORDERED this 7th day of March, 1958.
