ivi-f %L:AS, Jefferson County is the recard owner of a strip of land for right of
way on Secondary State highway No. 9 -E, Chimacum Road Connection situated in the
Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter(SEiS'Wi)of Section 3, Township 28 North
Range 1 %test, W.M., and,
9H RLAS, in the improvement of Secondary State Ifighway No. 9 -E, Chimacum Road
Connection by the State of Washington, Department of Highways, it is necessary and
advisable for the State of Washington to acquire title to said strip of land for a
right of way for said highway; and
W ISM,AS, after due consideration by the Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson
County, it appears to the said Board that it will be for the best interests of both
Jefferson County and the State of Washington that Jefferson Co.mty convey said land
to the State of Washington by quit claim deed for a consideration of One Hundred and
no /loo($100.00) Dollars;
NQ4 T116Pk:FORE, be it hereby RESOMD by the Board of County Commissioners of
Jefferson Countyy, Washington, that Jefferson County, in accordance with Chapter 266
of the Laws of 1943, and through its Board of County Commissioners, execute said
quit claim deed, and deliver said deed to the State of Washington, Department of Highwa5ts.
