RESOLUTION NO. C-383
The Board of Jefferson County Commi~sioners for Jefferson County,
having been advised by the County Treasurer of Jefferson County, that
the amount of the allotment recei ved for the County of J,fferson from
the Federal Government for Forest Reserves for 1959, is '460,611.26,
now therefore, ,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners for Jefferson
County under and pursuant to the provisions of Section 4057, Remington's
Revi sed Statutes J that sa! d allotment- and the wh ole th ereof shall be
expended for the benefit of the public schools and public roads of
Jefferson County, and not otherwise, as follows:

The amount for schools shall be allocated on a daily attendance
basis, ldth School Districts Nos. 20 and 46 each receiving an additional
$5,000.00 plus their atteniance share as follows:
