RESOLUTION NO. C-346
WHEREAS it appears to t he Board of County Commissioners for
Jefferson County, that the following budgets will not have sufficient
funds to maintain them for the year of 1957, due to emergencies which
could not have been foresees at the time of preparing budgets.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: THAT there be, and hereby is appropriated
for immediate expenditure the following:
COUNTY AUDITOR:
Maintenance & Operation,
Records and supplies

COUNTY JAIL:
Board of Prisoners,
50.00
GE NERAL A DMIN IS TRA TIO N :
Social Security (OASI)
COUNTY TREASURER:
Salaries & Wages: Deputy
Maintenance & Operation
Records and supplies

~mEREAS, it appears that certain budget items will not be
sufficient, and other items will not be needed during this year,
and in accordance with Sec. 3997-5, Remington's Revised ,Statutes
of Washington,
NOW THEREFORE, the County Audj,tor is hereby directed and
authorized to transfer the following amount in the 1957 budget:
SUPERIOR COURT: $100.00 transferred from Defense Attorney to
Court Reporter under.Salaries and Wages, due to mandatory raise in
Court Reporter's salary.
ORDERED this 16th day of December, 1957.
