RESOLUTION NO. C-306.
1J^lHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has been
informed tha t the Jefferso,n County Treasurer has erroneously
collected the 1% real estate sales t ax from Edward M. Hedlund
on a deed dated in 1952, but which was based on a real estate
contract dating back to 1949, in the amount of $62.88, and
IN.HEREAS, this tax was not due and collectible having been
prior to the law effective May 1, 1951,
THEREFORE, the Jefferson County Treasurer is herewith
empowered to refund the amount of $62.88 to Edward M. Hedlund,
correcting a clerical error.
