WHEREAS" the Boarci of County Co.rmni.ssioners of Jefferson County deems it
necessary te construct ba."1k protection alorg, the Hoh River with t:L.'1lber cribs
and salvaged submarine nets in Section 22, Township 26 North, Range 13 West"

NOW THEREFORE, De it resolved that said work De performed 'ey day labor
er contract and that payment for said work will be made from the Flood
Control Fund of Jefferson County" enticipating reimbursement for said river
improvement of 40% or more of the cost of the work from the State Flood
Control Funds in accordance with Chapter 43, Laws of 1949 as amended; said
project to be designated as Flood Control Proj~ct No. 1 at 1955.
The estimated cost of the project is $3#696~h4.
