RESOLUTI ON NO. C-25Q..
BE IT RESOLVED BY '!HE BOARD OF JEFFERSON COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS in regMlar session assembled, that it
appears necessary, and in the orderly function of
government, that there be imm~diately provided for,
and for his use in order to take care of necessary
incident expenses, that there be set aside and created
from the unobligated funds within the Current Expense
Fund of said County a fund to be known and designat ed
upon the records of the County Treasurer of Jefferson
Count y, as COUNT Y SHE RI}l-'F 's REVOLVI N G FUND, and, be
it
FUR'IHER RESOLVED that this Board of County Commissioners
deims the sum of Three hundred Dollars ($300.00) sufficient
for the purpose, the same to be accounted for mont hly
through reconciliation by and .between the Shertff of
Jeffer son County and the Auditor and Treasurer the reof .
ADOPTED this 17th day of January, 1955.
