RESOLUTION NO. C-25l
WHEREAS, it appears to the Board of County Commtssioners for
Jefferson County, that the following public offices have incurred
obligations in excess of the budgetary allowances made and provided
for at the time of the adoption of the offi cial budget for the
Current Expense Fund of said County for the year 1954, as hereinafter
set forth, towit:

and,
TNHEREAS each of said items, having-been properly audited are
hereby found'and.determined to be mandatory governmental expenditures,
and an emergency declared to exist auth orizing and empoweri ng the
County Audi tor for said Jefferson County, to issue emergency warrant s
from Current Expense Fund of said County not exceeding the amounts as
aforesaid, and this resoluti on to be effecti ve without further notice
or 'hearing, and,
WHEREAS, it appears that certain items under the various classifi-
cations were overdrawn, and other items had appropriations in excess of
their need, in accordance with Sec. 3997-5, Remington's Revised
Statutes of Washington,
NOW THEREFORE, the County Audi tor is hereby directed and authorized
to transfer the following amounts in the 1954 Budget as stated:
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS: $13.15 to be transferred to Commissioners'
Association Dues from Travel Expense.
QUILCENE PARK: $42.56 to be transferred to Light & Power
from Repairs and Materials.
GENERAL ADMINISTRATION: PREMIUMS: $36.08 to be transferred to
Ind. Ins. & Medical Aid from Bonds & Insurance.
SUPERIOR COURT: $486.17 to be transferred to Courtroom
Repairs from Jury Fees.
These transfers occur within the bracket of maintenance and operation.
