RESOLUTION NO. C-253
WHEREAS THE COUNTY OF JEFFERro N, is the owner of the folloW! ng
described real property, which is suitable for 4.-H Club educational
development, to-wit:
The NW~ NE! (East of County Road) in Section 11, Township 29 N.,
Range 1 West, Willamette Meridian,
AND WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, in session duly
assembled, deems it for the best interest of "the County of Jefferson
that the aforesaid described real property should be de~cated for
4-H Club educational development in accordance with the objectives
of such clubs, more specifically for use as a Christmas Tree Park.
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the aforesaid descrt bed property be,
and it hereby is, dedicated for the above stated use, provided however,
that should the 4-H Club program cease and should they abandon their
use to the aforementioned real estate, this dedication shall be deemed
of no further force and effect and ti tl e of said property shall revert
to its original status.
WITNESS the hands of Board of County Commissioners and the
official seal of Jefferson County hereto affixed, this 7th day of
February, 1955.
