Dollars, being an amount not in excess of the amount of money now credited or
rea80nably anticipated to accrue to Jefferson County in the Motor Vehicle
Fund during the 1955 biennium and
IT IS EEREBYFL~THER RESOLVED, that the State Auditor is authorized to reserve
from the allocation of fuel tax revenues to Jeffersen County, from the
Motor Vehicle Fund, an amount not in excese of the above specified sum, for the
use of the Director of Highways to defray the costs incurred in the performance
of the afo:resaid requeAted work, and, upon notice of said auditor from the Director
of Highways that r-Juch work has been c::lmpleted, payment made therefor, and that
Jefferson County haB been furnished a statement of co~t of all labor,
equipment, material, ~upplies;and engineering, the State Auditor is further
authorized and directed to release, to Jefferson County, any unexPended
balance of the amount reserved by thi~ resolution.
