vlHEREAS, Jefferson County Flood Control Department proposG'S tG
protect the banks of the IIoh River with rip....rap to protect the county roads
and adj"ining properties from floods; thereby eliminating the need of the
Jefferson County Road Department to protect their svfinging bridge across the
Hoh River in Section 22" Township 26 North, Range l3,West, WoMq
WHEREAS, tp.e Board of County' Commissioners for Jefferson County has
found and de~errnined that the sum of $2,567',28 is an estimated amount of
contribution to the cost of the improvement and, in proportion to the benefits
to be derived therefrom,
THEREFORE, pursuant to the previsions of section 85.240240, R~ C~ Wb,
the Treasurer of Jefferson County, be and he is authorized and empowered to
transfer from the COUNTY ROAD FUND to the JEFFERSON COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL FUND
the
