WHEREAS, the Clearwater Bridge across the Queets River has
been hit by high leads causing the bending of the sway braces between
the trusses and these braces are in need of immediate repair and,
WHEREAS, Jefferson County has no equipment or men skilled
in t his type of work,
THEREFORE bw it resolved that the State of Washington Bridge
Department be requested to make these repairs and they be authorized
to bill Jefferson County Road Department for all costs incurred by
making thc;se repairs, The bills are to be paid from monies set
aside for this purpose by the Jefferson County Road Department,
