NOW THEREFORE, be it hereby RFSOLVED by the Board of Co_ty ~ssioners of
Jefferson eo_ty, Washington, that Jefferson County, in accordance with Chapter 266
of the ~s of 1943, and through its Board of County en-"8sioners, execute said.
Borrow Permit Isase, and cleliver said Lease to the state of Washington, Department
