WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson County has found
and detemined that the sum of $2>>018.60 ls an,~estimated amount of contribution

to the Goat of the improvement and, in proportion to the benefits to be derived
therefrom,
THEREl<'ORE, pursuant to the prOTisians of section 85,124,240, R. C. w~" the
TREASURER OF JEFFERSON COUNTY, be and he is authoriz$d and em.powered to transfer
from the COUNTY ROAD FUND to the JEFFERSON COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL FUND tho sum
of $2.078.60.
