RESOLUTI ON NO. C-279
WHEREAS, it appears to the Board of County Commissioners
that it was ne cessary for Su~ rior Court Judge Max Church
to attend an annual conference of Superior Court Judges of
the State of Washington at Yakima, Washington,
AND WHEREAS, there are no funds in the Su~ rior Court
budget for compensating this officer for his expenses, and
WHEREAS, th e expenses involved were necessary f or the
well being of this County,
THEREFCRE, BE IT RESOLVED, that there be, and hereby is
appropriated the sum of $45.96 in t he Superior Court budget
for Jefferson County's share in the expenses of the above
travel, and the County Audi tor be and she is hereby authoriz ed
to issue a warrant upon the Current Expense Fund for the amount
of $45.96 fo r the above purpose.
ADOPTED this3rd day of Octobe~, 1955.
