C-227 WHEREAS, it appears to the Board of County Commissioners for Jefferson County, that the following public offices have incurred obligations in excess of the budgetary allowances made and provided for at the time of the adoption of the offi cial budget for the Current Expense Fund of said County for the year 1953, as hereinafter set forth, towi t : Total, Amount A~ t 32.53 /.l~'-1 112 ~ 97 '.J 83.59 <.! 379.34 .t!J' 135.38 r::: $ 743.81 Office Purpos',: Maintenance & Operation " tI Dues, Commissioners' Association Maintenance & Operation " " Agriculturist Assessor Commissioners County Jail Sheriff and , WHEREAS, each of said items, having been properly audited are hereby found and detennined to be mandatory governmental expenditures, and an emergency declared to exist authorizing and empowering the County Auditor for .aid Jefferson County, to issue emergency warrants Current Expense Fund of said County not exceeding the amounts as afore- said, and this resolution to be effective without further notice or hearing, and, WHEREAS, it appears that certain items under the GENERAL ADMINI- STRATION classification were overdrawn, and other items had appropri- ations in excess of their need, in accordance with Sec. 3997-5, Rem- ington's Revised Statutes of Washington, NOW 'lHEREFORE, the County Auditor is hereby directed ani author- ized to transfer the following amounts in the 1953 Budget as stated: GENERAL ADMINISTRATION: PREMIUMS - $197.13 to be transferred from Fire Patrol to Bond & Insurance, and $27.80 to Industrial Inaurance an~ Medical Aid premiums. RETIREMENT-$84.2l to be transferred from County Pri nting to County contribution. on retirement. These transfers occur within the bracket of maintenance and operati on.
